SMS Privacy Policy

Effective September 1, 2026

This policy explains how Art Delivery Service NM, LLC ("ADS", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our shipment notification text messaging program. It supplements our general Privacy Policy.

What we collect

For the text messaging program specifically, we collect:

• Your mobile telephone number
• Your name and the shipment it relates to
• Your consent to receive messages, and the date and manner in which it was given
• Message delivery records — whether a message was sent, delivered, or failed, and any keyword replies such as STOP or HELP

How we use it

We use this information only to:

• Send you status updates about artwork we are transporting for you
• Respond when you reply to a message or request help
• Maintain a record of your consent, as US carrier regulations require
• Diagnose delivery problems with our messaging provider

We do not use your mobile number for marketing, advertising, or promotional messaging.

Sharing

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information only where necessary to run the service:

• Our messaging provider (Twilio), which transmits the messages on our behalf
• Wireless carriers, which deliver the message to your handset
• Where required by law, or to protect our legal rights or the safety of persons or property

We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We retain your mobile number and consent record for as long as you are an active customer, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet our legal and regulatory obligations — including the requirement to evidence consent. Message delivery logs are retained for a shorter operational period. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely, so that we can honour your request.

How we protect it

Access to customer contact information is restricted to ADS staff who need it to do their jobs. Messages are transmitted through our messaging provider's secure infrastructure. No transmission over a mobile network can be guaranteed completely secure, and text messages are visible on any device that receives them.

Your choices

• Stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.
• Request a copy of the mobile information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us below. Note that we may need to retain consent and opt-out records even after deletion of other data, in order to comply with carrier rules.
• Choose another channel. Text messaging is optional. We will always update you by email or telephone instead.

Children

This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect mobile information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do, and the current version will always be published at this address.
